1. Who we are

This website (hvacconvert.com) and the HVACCONVERT service are operated by NAZ Capital s.r.o. ("HVACCONVERT," "we," "us," or "our"), 06723 Baškovce 93, Slovakia. For any privacy question, contact us at adrian@gethvacconvert.com.

2. Information we collect

When you complete the audit at hvacconvert.com/audit and when we communicate with you, we collect:

Identifiers & contact details: your name, email address, and phone number.
Business & sales information: the answers you give in the audit (your focus, approximate revenue, number of leads, average job value, response speed, follow-up habits, and so on) and the metrics we calculate from them.
Technical & marketing data: IP address, device and browser type, cookie and pixel identifiers (see Section 7), and the time and page of submission.

Providing your information is voluntary, but without your contact details we can't deliver your audit result or follow up with you.

3. How we use your information

To calculate and deliver your audit result.
To contact you about your audit and our related services — by phone call, text message (SMS), WhatsApp, and email, including through automated technology and artificial intelligence (AI).
To send you marketing communications you've agreed to receive.
To measure and optimize our advertising (Meta Pixel).
To operate, secure, and improve the website.

4. Calls, texts & AI messaging (SMS terms)

By providing your phone number and submitting the audit, you agree that NAZ Capital s.r.o. (HVACCONVERT) may contact you at that number about your audit and related services by phone call, text message (SMS), and WhatsApp — including calls and messages made with automated technology, autodialers, prerecorded or artificial voices, and AI — even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do-Not-Call registry.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can also withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at adrian@gethvacconvert.com.

5. How we share information

We share your information only with vetted service providers that help us run the service, and only as needed for them to perform their work for us:

Make (Celonis SE / Make.com) — automated processing and routing of your submitted lead.
Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising measurement and targeting (Meta Pixel / Conversions API).
Netlify, Inc. — hosting of this website.
Calendly, LLC — scheduling, if you book a call.
Email, CRM, and communication tools we use to handle your inquiry (Google Workspace, GoHighLevel).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money.

6. Your privacy rights (including California)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

know what personal information we've collected and request a copy of it,
correct inaccurate information,
delete your personal information,
opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (note: we don't sell your information),
limit the use of sensitive personal information, and
not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at adrian@gethvacconvert.com. We will verify and respond to your request as required by applicable law. If you are a California resident, this includes your rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

7. Cookies & tracking

This site uses cookies necessary for it to function and — where permitted — the Meta Pixel, which helps us measure and optimize advertising. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; declining them does not stop you from completing the audit.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above — generally while we're discussing working together and then for 24 months, or until you ask us to delete it. After that we delete or de-identify it.

9. Children's privacy

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10. Refunds ($97 Blueprint)

The HVAC Revenue Recovery Blueprint is a $97 one-time paid work session. Our guarantee: we will find at least three clear gaps in your sales process, show you what to fix first, and give you one tool your team can use. If we do not deliver all three, email us and we will refund your $97 in full. You keep the session recording and any files created. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your session at adrian@gethvacconvert.com.

11. Terms of use

By using this site and buying the Blueprint, you agree that HVACCONVERT provides a diagnostic and planning service only. Results will vary. We do not promise added sales or revenue, and any recovery range shown is an estimate based on the data you provide. The plan and tools we deliver are yours to use; reselling or redistributing them is not permitted.
